01 Do you only install materials supplied by Trivaro?
We primarily install products from the Trivaro range, as this allows us to guarantee system compatibility and provide full warranty coverage. However, we can also install customer-supplied materials on a case-by-case basis — provided the products meet our quality and specification requirements.
02 In which countries do you perform installations?
Our core installation area covers Scandinavia and the Baltic states — Finland, Estonia, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Latvia, and Lithuania. We also take on selected projects across the EU, particularly marine installations at European shipyards. Contact us to discuss your project location.
03 Do you handle old flooring removal and substrate preparation?
Yes. Our service includes complete preparation: removal of existing floor coverings, substrate assessment, moisture testing, levelling compound application, and primer treatment. Proper preparation is critical for installation longevity, so we never skip this step.
04 Can your team work alongside our other subcontractors on site?
Absolutely. We regularly coordinate with general contractors, electricians, plumbers, and other trades on both construction sites and vessels. Our project manager handles scheduling and interface management to minimise disruption.
05 What warranties do you provide on installation work?
All installations carry a workmanship warranty that covers adhesion quality, seam integrity, pattern alignment, and substrate preparation. The warranty period depends on the project scope and flooring type. Material warranties are provided separately by the manufacturer through Trivaro’s supply agreement.
