Schönox Emiclassic

Schönox Emiclassic is a universal, solvent-free pressure-sensitive dispersion adhesive for flexible floor and wall coverings on absorbent and non-absorbent substrates in interior areas. It bonds textile coverings, needle felt, PVC and CV coverings, LVT, linoleum, synthetic rubber coverings and impact-sound underlays, with wet, semi-wet or contact-phase laying. It is low odour, suitable for castor chairs (EN 12529), shampooing and underfloor heating, and develops adhesion strength rapidly. Consumption is about 200 g/m² by roller, 200–280 g/m² with TKB A trowels and 350–450 g/m² with B trowels; final strength after about 72 hours. Very low emission: EMICODE EC1PLUS. For ships it holds MED (2014/90/EU) Module B MEDB000050X and Module D MEDD00000TV certificates via DNV, as a low-flame-spread adhesive per FTP Code Part 5 for A, B and C class divisions.
